Anyone know how to exploit this bug? : EVE Online Nerfed Info

its aparently conrollable since there are a couple people exploiting this, does anyone on the forum know how to? what mods / guns are most likely to be effected by this bug?

some damage mod looks like it's stacking... not sure which though...

what modules are involved, does it involve taking modules offline / online in space, skills?

"it's so not random. It involves a mindles repetitive thing for quite a long time to achieve that kind of multiplier. It CANNOT happen by mistake.
Lemme give you an example: how many times di you "accidentally" put/removed the same drone from your drone bay 50 times in a row and after each cycle you talk to your aggent and close his window? (approximation of the real way).
