EVE - New IAC President - NBSI Declared : EVE News

FIRMA and DKOD have suddenly removed themselves from IAC leaving a power vacuum at the highest levels in the alliance. Tyrrax Thorrk has been appointed as the new president of the IAC and as a first step in securing it's borders initiated a NotBlueShootIt (NBSI) policy within IAC claimed space.

"Due to the rather deplorable situation in IAC claimed space and our pipeline to empire in Curse, we have decided to take steps to secure our space.

IAC will now fire upon anybody not showing blue to us as of the end of downtime today the 23rd of april and until further notice.
Anyone currently lacking official standings with IAC and operating in our area of space is advised to steer clear until Bacilius, Kaylana Syi or I have cleared you for access.
