Quick cash off BPOs : EVE Online Submissions

At the moment, people are trying to get rid of Tier 3 battleship BPOs like crazy. When they first came out with Revelations, so many people bought them for investments, but right now everyone is making blueprint copies (BPCs) off them and trying to sell so they're basically worthless.

If you look on forums or search for contracts, you can easily find rokh/hyperion bpos going for 1 bil to 1.2 bil (npc value is 1.5 bil).

Here's how the trick works: Buy a bpo for cheap, say 1.1 bil, make a new character, then contact a loan provider, eg BMBE, and say you want to borrow 1.5 bil and use the bpo as a collateral. Collect cash, delete character, BANG 400 mil easy cash.

Alternatively, look for someone who does BPO research for you, say you want to do ME research for a month, ask for 100% npc price for collateral. Then run off with the cash.

I wont give this a Nay but I wont give it a Yay either, because there is virtually nil chance of any of the Loan Comapnies or Researchers giving 1.5 bil to a character that is only a couple of days old.
