At the beginning you should train your learning skills.
They help you to learn other skills faster.
Each skill has one primary and one secondary attribute.
For training the learning skills faster, you need Intelligence (primary) and Memory (secondary).
The better the attributes are, the more faster you can train your skills.
The basic learning skills are:
  • Learning (Each level adds 2% to all attributes)
  • Analytical Mind (Intelligence)
  • Empathy (Charisma)
  • Iron Will (Willpower)
  • Spatial Awareness (Perception)
  • Instant Recall (Memory)
Each of that skills adds 1 point to its attribute

When you have trained these skills to level 5, then you can start training
the SOCT advanced learing skills. Each of these skills cost 4,5 million isk, when buying at a skill station.
That skills are:
  • Logic (Intelligence)
  • Eidetic Memory (Memory)
  • Focus (Willpower)
  • Clarity (Perception)
  • Presence (Charisma)
These skills add 1 point to their attribute, too, like the basic skills.

I could check the EVE Forums for some math, but i didnt find it to put it in here. But i saw a Thread in EVE Forums showing some math.

Greetings, Terminico

Lets not forget the SOCT Advanced Learning skills...

Logic
Eidetic Memory(sp?)
Focus
Clarity
Presence

It would have probably been more helpful if you had listed what attributes are effected by what skills, as well as the fact that Itel and Mem affect your Learning skills.

There's an entire section on the Eve Online forums dedicated to this topic, to include several skill planning programs.
