All EverQuest servers will be coming down at 2:00 AM PDT (-7 UTC) on Tuesday 9/19/2006 for the launch of The Serpent’s Spine expansion and a game update. Estimated downtime is 14 hours.

Kytherea posts: "Due to the launch of EverQuest The Serpent’s Spine expansion on Tuesday, September 19th, starting at 11:59pm PDT on Monday, September 18th, customers will be unable to pre-order or order the expansion until the servers are live and available for play. We wanted to give you enough warning so that if you intended to order before the expansion launches you will have the opportunity to do so before the pre-orders are closed."
