every 20% (starts at 80%) he pops a "molten deadnaught" x2 lvl 86 - while this add is up the avatar of below is immune to all dmg and debuffs (think silverwing) - got a knock up aoe called wave of paralysis (is in ACT)

when this x2 add is up he gets this buff on him (aka immune to attacks, debuffs and heals himself):

tectonic barrage is a aoe knockup/dmg (timer is in ACT)
miners curse is a aoe debuff (see pic - timer is in ACT)

he pops adds ever 40-50 sec from where he stands when he pop.

They pulled him to here making the mt group not getting knocked up due to that wall:
