Can anyone tell me how to get a horse? : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

Can anyone give me some direction as to where or how I am able to get a horse in game? I am a 22 SK on Permafrost, and see others around my level riding these, so I imagine that they are affordable at my level. Any help is appreciated.

You need to buy the spell from one of the trainers in North Freeport. There's a tree with three trainers around it - one of them sells the book.

Does this hold true for Paladins?

Not too sure. I don't know any pallies in game yet. I did get the horse though. The vendor is Trainer L'Tor and she sits next to the tree with the other trainers in NFP. The cost was 16s 40c.

Yes its the same for pallies. But the pally horse looks like a pony compared to the SK horse.

can anyone get a horse? or jsut pallies and SKs? any RPing Ranger should have one =D

You can also buy horses from the stables in South Qeynos...you buy a whistle and it will allow you to call a horse.

There are some that cost 1-3p I think as well...

For paladins in Qeynos the spell merchant is in Eddar Grove, i need to check this but its a froglok merchant just (stick to the left wall and walk straight into a collapsed toer) as u zone in from N qeynos.

I have got this for my crusader at 18 since i was checking for some more info before i go for pally quest

You can also get the spell for paladins in North qeynos at a vendor right outside the temple of life entrance.

also this is a bit off topic but i use to use this program in SWG i had forgotten about it and reformated pc. I noticed i was charged for the second year a couple of weeks ago. How can i get my information again? i wrote and email but got no reply from support here.

You can also offset the cost of a horse with personal status. The cost of the status will depend on your faction and you will need to belong to a guild lvl 10+ (25+ if you want to get the 10pp horse with status).
