if you not in a crafting zone, everything depends on your adventure level

You are mistaken. I'm lvl 33 artisan and lvl 20 adventurer, I can zone to Zek and Enchanted Lands.

Enchanted Lands and Zek are locked until you reach lvl 32. (Adventure or artisan lvl) You can get a quest to let you in before that at lvl 25. Don't know anything else about that quest.

To get there from Qeynos you can buy a ticket from the harbor master in Qeynos Harbor. You can also run to the docs in Thundering Steepes. From TS you can zone in to Zek and the docs in Nek. From Nek docs you can zone in to EL.

Good luck and stay safe while there. I think all mobs in EL and Zek are lvl 33 and above.

Tuhutx is correct.

You're able to harvest in these zones at 28'sh (140 skill) but you can't actually enter them until you're 32 in artisian level. They have just fixed the harbormasters, they used to not give you the option of buying the ticket but now they do.

Same goes for Everfrost and Lava. You can start mining in Rivervale at 38'sh (190 skill) but you need to be 42 artisian in order to access the Lavastorm and Everfrost without doing the quest.

EL is an easy zone to harvest in. Can run around at lvl 22 with little to no problems. Rivervale is a nightmare, too many hills and entirely too many mobs that enjoy raping you from behind.

Yep any zones that require a certain level check either your adventurer level or your artisan. Being level 49 (Almost 50) alchemist has allowed me to enter any area that requires a certain level.

Was funny the first time I saw a lvl 31 in Ferrott. I asked him how he got in and he told me he was a lvl 43 crafter. But the thing is that you don't just get to collect tradeskill items in there. I know people who have finished the quested Journeyman Boots quest (the journey is half the fun) at level 30 because they were high level artisans and grouped with someone who greyed out the zone for them. Crafting does indeen have it's advantages.
