EQ2 Crafter - Need help. : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

I've installed EQ2 Crafter and everything goes smoothly, until I get into Learning mode. After clicking reconfig, placing the gold box on the fuel component in the crafting window.... I click start crafting and go to work, but the learning program never learns my keys for hotbuttons 1, 2, 3....

Everything else seems to be going smoothly, but it never learns, I do my own crafting for 10 minutes, it never learns. Then after say 16 or so combines the mouse cursor stops moving and clicking repeat, and I have to do my own clicking. The program keeps telling me to hit the keys, but nothing..

Frustration has set it, uggh... This program has great potential if I can get it to work. Any ideas?

Forgot to mention, I've tried it in Windowed mode and in fullscreen, so that's not changing anything. The program still isn't learning the hotkeys, which are numpad 1, 2, 3 .

I had a similar problem - I cured it by turning off script scanning in my virus scanner.

Until I patch it run eq2 windowed. Then maximize the window and it will run.

I figured it out! YAY ME! ;)

I had my hotkey buttons bound to Numpad 1, Numpad 2, Numpad 3, these are the keys I always use for all anything I do in the game.

This wasn't working though, so in EQ2, I bound the keys to the 1,2,3 above Q,W,E and presto, the program recorded the keystrokes. I've since made Numpad 1,2,3 as secondary keys (in game), and I'm not affected adversly by this at all.

Thanks for the program, it works wonderfully now, NO MORE headaches from monotonous keystrokes. Is it possible to use this program on 2 machines if I have 2 accounts? Or will I have to purchase 2 licenses? :)

I'm having this problem and have them bound to the keys above q w and e. Any thoughts?
