The Customer Support system will be undergoing an update on Thursday, October 11th from 2:00AM to 10:00AM PDT. During this update Customer Support services including In-game support tickets, Live Chat, and the Knowledge Base will be unavailable; these services should once again be available at approximately 10:00AM PDT.
