Installing the harvestor bot some questions not in FAQ : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

I need some guidence

1. Register for the site and become a Premium member HERE.
I did that

2. Download the Xunleashed Client from HERE.
I did that
G:\xunleashedclient

Notice: It's much easier if you put this file under one folder, an example would be C:/Xunleashed if you are usings windows. After you try to run the file it will extract lots of other files in the same directory.

3. Run the file if should come up and try to connect to the server to check for registration and updates.
I did that and it did

4. Hit the launch button. Now go to the REGISTRATION tab at the top and type in the info you should have recieved when you signed up.
I did that and it did

5. Now go to the OPTIONS tab at the top and select EverQuest 2.
Ok here is where it gets confusing

what about the settings
Launch Path: G:\EverquestII\EQ2.exe
DXFile (Hook1): Everquest2.exe

The options were using C:\ drive


6. Now minimize it and download the Harvest bot/Script from HERE.
G:\xunleashedclient\Scripts\EQ2Harvest

4. Then download the EQ2 Service by WyvernX from HERE. Put it on your Desktop and install it.
I have an icon for this EQ2Service.xui and this G:\xunleashedclient\XUnleashed.exe on my desktop
At this point G:\xunleashedclient\XUnleashed.exe is running as per step 4

is this correct so far ?

Hello ther Asterof all you have to do in the step you are getting confused is click on Everquest 2 and the program should bring up the DEFAULT install folder. Something like "C:/Program Files/Sony/EverQuest II" In not sure what would happen if you installed the game in a diffrent directory or harddrive I assume all you would have to do is change the path to the game files.

which icon do I use to start the program

EQ2Service.xui
or
XUnleashed.exe

Changing the path does work, I have an extra sub folder in which I place my game.

You start it up thru XUnleashed.exe
