I see posts claiming "SOE doesn't do anything about cheaters." Trust me, that's not a valid statement. I read email conversations on a regular basis between our CS folks and the game leads as we try to track down all manner of loopholes and exploits. More accounts get banned for this kind of thing than you will ever realize. Do we get every case? No, but that doesn't mean we don't try.

And sorry, but this isn't really a matter up for debate. If someone is using third-party software to automate an aspect of character advancement, that breaks the rules. Period."
