My premium access is gone?? After 3 months?? Help Mods : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

Mods,

The premium access that I paid a full year for is gone after only 3 months? What's going on. I've tried several times to contact the customer service for this site and no response. Please send me a PM or email me at Register to unlock hidden link.
