Where do I post exploits? : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

Im not a premium member, and I think that concept is a little lame.. people get memberships to get information collect/discover/create, the whole process really has nothing to do with the board administrators. I suppose the cost does keep newbies out who are looking for ways to make 5 plat an hour or instantly become level 50 with a /command. Conveniently this also lines the pockets of the administrator.

Anyway, with that said, which I didn't even intend on saying.. I know a few fairly valuable exploits/hacks, and as I dont have access to the premium forums that would leave me posting them here, but a mutual sharing of information is a good thing, and if I found them moved to a locked forum where I couldn't even go, I'd be quite angry.

Can get through any door.. locked, or not. Lets you walk freely through zones like nektropos castle or zek.
Can camp out while moving / engaged in an encounter, perma EB, modify your speed, and several other offsets.

As a whole, i've seen a bunch of ripoff sites. I've succumbed to a few trying to get membership (I'll say it here !@#$%^&*.org) and been given the runaround. Have seen almost NO complaints here.

Thanks relax we try our best to make people happy. Just recently hired a few people to do nothing but make complex guides on a new feature to better help our members.

pretzel well this is how it works. Simply submit an exploit to the appropiate game section. Ie if its eq2 items submit in the submissions folder and you can only see your exploits.

As for paying i only recommend that last. If you dont know good exploits, or cant create a good macro. Why not try and create an in depth guide that gets you a few months free.

Well its all your call on what you want to do. Just remember whichever way you choose you are going to one way or another be helping the community out to make it a stronger site.

How does it work if I submit something through the submissions section? I mean, whats the kick back on that? Sure I dont expect something for everything - but I think the idea that I give free information to a site, that in turn makes money off of it, when I dont even have access to where its going is equally outlandish. Like I said, I like the idea of sharing information.. the f-h approach to the problem (though I'll admit FH had many issues of its own)

Point being: if its about the community do contributing members have to pay? If so, thats pretty messed up.

I think you have it wrong. We have people pay as the last resort. We have a large amount of fees that we cover as well it gains us other abilities. On top of that if someone submits information they gain a free account as well if you are already a premium member and submit information we pay you for the information. We also have prizes for members to get free items through sharing information ect ect ect.

Well I know I paid up front and didnt really have a problem with it learned a few things and information is a resource= money. I have also submitted exploits and have 3 more very excellent exploits NOONE has posted on 6 cheat/exploit sites as of yet. I want to submit but may hold out until the ''post for cash contest'' is revealed/more specific.
