But are the effects stacking?

The effects do stack.

You can do this with all food and drink, except those that give the same stat bonus.

IE: Handcrafted (player made) drink stacks with Vendor bought drinks.

Different levels (ie: 10, 20, 30) will not stack with other levels though.

Food:

Stat buffs will stack, provided they do not give the same bonus.

IE: Lion Steak +5 STR will stack with
Crab Popper +5 AGI

but not

Lion Steak +5 STR
Manticore Steak +3 STR.

It has to be a different buff.

i have a lvl 5 crafter that i use all the time. He regens 4 power normally. With lvl 1 drink he regens +15 which is 19 per tick. The lvl 1 store bought drink is +4 power. I drink both i still only get 19 regen, not 23. Hence, they dont stack. Original post is wrong, regens DO NOT stack. Attribute effects will stack only if they differ from the other. Str and str dont stack. But str agi int on seperate foods will.

Which makes sence, i'm wondering whether thats an actual exploit or not. Being able to stack different foods seems legit.

I was testing this also, and it's still unclear how it's working, because even different attribute foods didn't always stack for some reason. Often it seemed like you needed to use different tier food or different type, i.e. crafted vs bought. Still not sure....

FYI- this was nerfed in last big patch. You now can't stack homemade and vendor-bought foods or drinks.
