EQ2: Polished Granite Tomahawk Exploit : EverQuest 2 Nerfed Info

I think you need Splitpaw saga for this.

At the part where it wants you to kill a bunch of Skindancer Gnolls in a certaine amount of time. Instead of killing Skindancers (a bunch of heroic Mobs) go to the instanced zone that was available before the splitpaw saga was relesed using one of the terraporters. (One of the ones on the northern area of the map.) Kill the gnolls in there instead. They update the quest.

Here is an easier way to do it....

The skindancers are mostly heroic except for the group on the alter.

Pull that group and kill off all but the hardest one. I think the group is usually about 7 gnolls. 6 are 1 arrow down. Leave the reg guy. Yell him off and run off the encounter. He will reset and respawn the other easier gnolls.

I admit i've been busy last couple days so i can't say for sure this is easier then the new adventure pack. But this can be done without it for those who havn't bought it.

The tip I gave is for those who are doing the quest when the skindancers are still blue or even more difficult, and can not find a group to kil them.

The quest was still yellow to me when I completed it, as were the gnolls, and the Octogorgon (I think he was red to me).
