EQ2: Splitpaw Harvestables Extra Money Trick : EverQuest 2 Nerfed Info

When doing tradeksill writs for my guild i used one piece of the splitpaw drop as a raw ingredient and the piece normally vendors for like 20 silver but when i made 150 arrows for a tradeskill writ so i used a bolt of cloth for one of the flecthing and got back about 2 gold more than i normally would have for using 1 splitpaw drop woorth 20 silver I think that is a good increase...

Im saddened by the fact that now that i have told you guys this will prolly be nerfed

Oh well this way we all geet some gold hehe

***update sorry my mistake it was bolt of BROADcloth*** not the rare i see tha tcould have cause some confusion

Sweet thanks this is more profitable way for woodworkers to level because can really make mass quantities of the stuff bc stuff does not sell that fast

Lol the splitpaw drops sell on the broker really cheap so i get a great turn around and the status for my guild

now ill get that tradeskill title for sure

I have already made 20 EXTRA gold for doing the same tradeskill writs so i would say yes but that is IMHO

this is gonna be great becuase i like to make money macroing (... i mean crafting hehe) but i hate to flood the market for those "real" crafters out there lol

None of this makes sense Bolt of Cloth is a rare. No way you profit with the vendor. Period . Even off a different server then AB, no way you got it for less then 20 gold. and even if u did the vendor still has to over buy. Thats the Tier 4 rare for hex dolls

No, he said he got it as a drop, but yes, it is the replacement rare tier 4 root, so, oops, you could've made a rare hex doll, or sold it for MUCH more.

i think he meens the non rare component replacements that are rather abondent in splitpaw, i think theres a non rare one called bolt of cloth or frayed cloth somthing or other. but they do sell to venfor for a good price so it would increase value of tradeskilled items kinda like if you use T5 creature blood instead of water to make resin it will sell for alot more then if you used water.
