EQ2 Tricks 20-30 mins for a 35% mount (even lowbies) : EverQuest 2 Nerfed Info

With the new D.I.R.T.Y. quests, there's a way to get a 35% carpet mount.

Do all of Jimbo's quests (he's at the Construction site). This enables him to sell you items for D.I.R.T.Y. money (tokens, if you will). Eight of them gets you the mount.

Do quests at the excavation site until you have your 8 tokens (takes no time, either sand, artifact, or naga ones are repeatable).

As long as you can get to either site, there's a carpet back and forth. In theory, a cautious L10 toon could get there and have a 35% carpet.

Yay..... Its a good tip. You complete quests you get dirty coins. once you have enough faction with the dirtys you can use the coins to buy things. 10 coins you can buy a helmet that allows you to see hidden glowies around the dig sites. Oh and the carpets come in 3 different colors.

can be done in 20-30 minutes easily, but if you are on a pvp server good luck, unless you are below level 10

Just did it in 22 mins on a mid-level alt (SS mobs aggro, non-primetime, non-PvP). Did Jimbo's quest line, then cycled sand carrying.

Doing the Power quest is probably not time efficient, altaholic -- maybe that's where you're losing time?

With the new release, these SS quests are now gone. I got my carpet, but I guess there are no more dirty money quests and the npc I used to turn them into no longer talks to me.
