Hover in the Air : EverQuest 2 Nerfed Info

Note: Please remember that this exploit is very hard to do, and it took me an hour of trying to finally get it to work.

Close to an old DAoC exploit, you can get stuck in the air, so no mobs can you you while you nuke them.

Jump off of something, then alt tab, alt tab it back, and you might be stuck I only got this to work once in an hour, however when I did get it to work, I levled very quickly.

This will most likely be fixed quickly.

alt tab.... whats that? is that the same thing as getting out of the game to access windows? if so

what if one uses the Windows button?
also,
when one gets it to work, can you run in the air so you can find mobs to hunt?

and lastly,
I play in windowed mode already, will this work in that mode?

Just play in windowed mod with the graphics turned up. When you jump drag the window all over the screen for a second then back to the middle. You get stuck in the air.

But I don't get the leveling exploit. There is no X axis in this game and mobs and still hit you? Explain.

i got this to work last night with an excpetion.

1stly I had to revert to non windowed mode
2ndly I then jumped of a rocky formation and quickly tapped my window key 2x.

when everything reverted I was in the air.

Now I jumped off of the rocky formation in back of the mender in Antonica where a bunch of darkpaw gnolls spawn.

The exception here is that they could hit me....=(
