EQ2 and the Vista operating system : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

I would like to know when we are going to be able to run the EQ2 scripts with the Microsoft Windows Vista Operating System (ie Ultrabot)?

You can today - with EQ2Extreme and Exhume. Gheezer, Slam666 and I each have projects underway (I'm sure others do as well... I'm only aware of us 3 - sorry.)

If you are looking for Ultrabot, Slam666 is working on a version for Exhume. I've been working on getting HarvestBot 4.03 into Exhume. Both Slam and I are working with Gheezer because he's the one that has written the interface for EQ2 for Exhume.

You'll have to look elsewhere for how Slam666 is doing. As for my work, I'm working with Gheezer cause I've run into "environment" problems.

eXbot is a FAST, EASY buffbot (dps and heals) built to run on Exhume + EQ2Extreme (by Gheezer). I tried to make it as simple as 'run' and 'press start'! Options are quick and easy to toggle. Script is pretty 'lightweight' so should be fast even on older machines. Hardest part is getting it up and running the first time if you haven't run Exhume or EQ2Extreme ... after that, it's a piece of cake!


... it works on 2 of my Vista (w/intel) boxes ... (but not on my Vista AMD box ... hmmm)

About to release a much enhanced version ... hopefully this weekend!

Dont suppose you have a harvester in the making Beo?

There is a harvester working for Gheezer's eq2 extreme. Its called Harvester5.
