I have 2 copies of XU one running on a reasonable hardware config (dual athlon 1600mp's) that scripts ran fine on before i reformatted.

the other box is a athlon 64. everything flies on the 64 but on the other, the service takes 2 or 3 seconds to respond to a command in any script (tried both harvester and buffbot 2.2)

any ideas or logs that i should post to help?

Try setting processor affinity on eq2 to one cpu only, this is a pretty common problem for people playing ffxi.

You have to set the affinity for the EQ2 process. For Final Fantasy (the only game I have experience with) you set the affinity for POL.exe which is the play on-line viewer.

I uploaded a script tonight that you can use to set the application affinity automatically once you figure out which program needs to be set.
