Infinite Spawn Point : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

Sup guys, this is my first time posting an exploit but I think you will like it. Are you guys tired of running all over trying to find a spawn while you're soloing? Do you wish you had an Instant Spawn Button? Well now you do! And I'm about to tell you how.

NOTE: I have not tried this with a group, only while soloing, input would be great from anyone who tries with a group. Next time I'm in one I'll try it out tho. Also this exploit must be done in windowed mode.

And without further ado, here it is.

By now everyone know's of the "grabbing the EQ2 window to get away from mobs" exploit. If you don't just go through these forums and find it. Well I was doing that one day and I noticed right after I did it all the monsters spawned back IMMEDIATELY! I've done this several times so I know it works.

When you fighting at a monster spawn, leave at least 1 monster from that spawn alive. So if there were 5 monsters at the spawn, only kill 4. Then hit the Auto Run button, and run away a couple feet, just so you're not right on the spawn point. Just don't run too far. Grab the top of the EQ2 window (must be in windowed mode) and hold it for 15 secs. Tada! the spawn is back and ready to be slaughtered!

Any feedback would be awesome guys. Positive or negative. I searched through this forum and have not seen anyone list this Exploit, so I just figured I would share. If anyone has trouble recreating this event, Pls post and I'll try to explain more thoroughly, but I think you'll find it's pretty easy to accomplish. Have fun guys and Happy Hunting! If I find anymore I'll list em here.

After some testing I figured out a downside to this. Unfortunately you don't get the "bonus" xp for killing the entire group. But at least you would still have a full spawn back again. Anyone know if this could somehow be incorporated into a macro? It would allow the macro to stay in one area and pretty much fight non-stop. Might be something we could look into.

This exploit has been submitted already in the form of the Stiletto's orders exploit. Same bug, although a new and very creative way to get it to work.

smart idea, but if your doing this for xp it isnt worth it. The bonus u get at the end for killing the whole group of is very worthwhile.

Yea, I realized that on my 2nd testing. But o well. It opens a new door to find other exploits using the "trick". Hopefully we can find some more.

Stiletto will be nerfed soon:

- That greedy little rat Stiletto fired his scouts and is carrying out his orders alone now to maximize his profits.

Nice try keep em coming.

Cant come up with another exploit, try creating a cool macro, or submitting a detailed guide.
