Heres a hot exploit to make labs respawns so you can farm labs over and over again. A little cordination but pretty easy if you use TS.

1) Clear labs...
2) put everyone in a safe spot where mobs do not spawn.... probably best spot is at staircase where the eyeball is right before vyemm (forget his name).
3) Have someone drop raid and invite a person who is not locked out of the raidzone.
4) Have everyone /exit except for the new person who is not locked out...
5) While everone logged out have the new person zone into Labs.
6) Once he is in a fresh zone, have everyone log back in... they should be right where they logged out with a fresh new zone
7) If done right, all mobs are there and you can proceed to kill and loot the last few named
8) Rinse and repeat and you'll be as happy as can be.
9) Get it while its hot!!!

Have not tested it with any other zones yet... but theoretically it should work with DT and other zones.... will try Tarinax when we are able to zone in again.

if there are problems with the process listed in OP and it doesn't work for you... you may also want to try this also had it work this way too,

1) after clearing zone and before you invite the person with no lock out timer, 2) have him/her zone into a seperate labs raid zone instance
3) then send an invite to the raid.

Thus, you have the people currently in the original zone and the one person in a different instance of the same zone (make sense?).

4) Then proceed to have everyone /exit and once everyone is logged out (EXCEPT the new raid person) have them log back in, it will link the original raid to the zone of the new person but the raid will still be where they camped.

This is basically the same thing, but a slightly different order to how to do things.
