Non aggro named farming : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

Ok , not really sure if this is common knowledge or posted before so i thought id post it and see.

I found that while useing 2 accounts farming named one high lvl toon and one lower , (so as to mentor to get them to con) if i just park the lower toon in a safe spot and get myself right next to the named before i mentor i draw no aggro from the other mobs in the area while i kill the named. as long as i dont move just fight the named. Kind of handy ,keeps me from having to clear all the other aggro in the room befor i mentor. works well as long as you dont make any movement at all, i have noticed that some "wandering" mobs will agro but not to many of them around.

Can premium members say yay or nay to this being moved to a confirmed section.

ya it works I use it all the time thought it was common knowledge though seeing as alot of other people use it
