Problems using buffs : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

I try to record the keys 1-3 for the buffs, but when i do it gets all messed up. Instead of using the key when its supposed to, it picks one of the keys and repeatably uses that. I dont have "use every tick" button on. I just cant get the buffs to work. Here is the log.

Is this a problem? Everything worked fine yesterday, and now today its screwing up.
