vista fix : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

Just wonder how the work going with the vista fix ? any eta ?

Yea VERY SOON. It is going to be a giant update its being beta tested as we speak to make sure we don't have any big bugs.

I will gladly volunteer to BETA test!?!

Under the last beta test then we are going live. We just want to make sure we hit everything. Its far more painful to have people complain in the thousands to me saying it doesnt work....

Naw beta was fine. We had to help on the lotroextreme working. That is fully vista compatible which is good. Still just doing xu 5.0 as much as we can.

I am testing a beta of vista+eq2. Only thing I have found so far is that the XU vista fix doesnt work for AMD processors + eq2 + XU. Works flawlessly on my intel machine.

Getting some finishing touches. Man do i hate vista on a random note lol.

I was told they have it working just yesterday with no serious flaws so waiting on a final check then release.
