just zone into the solo arena in splitpaw kill the first mob, that's it . then collect ur reward of close to 2 gold. you can also do this for heroic arena if ya know how to kite.

5 minutes if you die (so if you don't mind uber xp debt this could work)
72 hours if you leave voluntarily
