create fake links : EverQuest 2 Submissions

go in-game then type /log. once logging is on link something in /say then minimize eq2. go into your everquest 2 directory click on the folder logs then click on the folder thats name is your server then click on the log you just made. you will see a line of text like this

\aITEM -1817495732 an engraved vessel:an engraved vessel\/a

now change the line of text after the : and before the \/a to whatever you want.
example:

\aITEM -1817495732 an engraved vessel:my new item\/a

now highlight that line of text and copy it with ctrl+C go ingame and paste it into the chat bar with ctrl+V. then click enter.

it will read [my new item] and when you click on it it will link the item you linked earlier.

we've all known this since...um.... last november (some of us who were in beta, even sooner). Are you gonna tell us how to do colored text next?
