[CLOSED] How to get rid of fog and rain : EverQuest 2 Submissions

At the moment you can completely get rid of any fog, or rain, or any atmospherocal (did I spell that right?) effect. You can do this by simply leaving your inventory window open.

What i do is open my inventory, then move it to the the bottom right or left corner of me screen. So that I can barely see the box.

Note: You have to leave at least a sliver of the part of the inventory that your character is show in on the screen.

Enjoy it while it lasts

Note: this will also completely get rid of that annoying fog in Nektulos Forest

YAY.

Honestly, I haven't had the opportunity to use this with rain yet, but mist (fog) goes away, and this trick works wonders underwater (try using it in Everfrost for a dramatic effect).

This is very useful.

I must be missing something?

I open my inventory "I", and nothing changes in the atmospheric effects or underwater, what am I doing wrong?

I've maxed my settings, but usually play on balanced, still no changes.

Dunno. Might it be graphics card specific? I have an Nvidia.
