airship pass : FFXI General Discussions

Can anybody help me...?
I have started my game in Bastok.
Currently a lvl 15 Monk, Rank 2.
Playing on xbox 360
How do I get an airship pass to let me travel to Jeuno?

The only way I know of is travel to Jeuno and go to the building opposite the Lower Jeuno Auction house for 500000 gil. Otherwise you need to level up enough to get your nations rank 5 and get one for free.

There are many guides on various fan sites that explain the latter process. A simple google search will reveal many of them.

What Tubotzz said is true. You either have to buy it for 500,000gil in Jeuno. Or you have to get Rank5 where your nation will give you one for free so you can do missions faster for them. I play on Siren, If your on that server I can help you get to Rank5.

What's wrong with Siren? You used to be there... I used to be there... Well, my character still is but I just don't play it lol

For Quest i use ffxiclopedia.org its just what u think is best ^^

Yeah, FFXIclopedia is probably the best resource, too bad they swindled people for moneys.

Btw, your best bet is to get Lv45+ / or / have a high lv friend to help you out in your missions. Rank 1-5 can all be done in a PT of 50 or higher.. but Shadowlord is really your only problem, which can be solo'd by a decent 75.

The airship to Jeuno shouldn't be your main concern, your airship pass to Kazham (Lv24~32 lvling spots) should be. For that, you need to collect 3 Chest Keys from different areas. This info is easily found on most ffxi info sites.

Yes, the Kazham pass should be the first thing on your mind and it is a pain in the butt to get since sometimes keys can take from 10 seconds to five hours to obtain. ; ;

They are quite hard to obtain on your own though, make sure you're going in a group if you're all level 25ish.

Also, an easy way to skip through some missions that really have no point in you completing them can be passed by trading crystals to your guard in your 'hometown.'
