You probably can open a new account. But I don't think its nesesary to redownload or buy anything new...

idk why people say gilsellers are bad... they help the in-game economy.

gilsellers sell gil; gil coffers get identified by SE; SE deletes gil coffers owned by gilsellers/gilbuyers
