for some strange reason, almost all the hack programs dont work for me and i have been trying to get the MrArgus to work on the Jump program but it doesnt let me. it says " JUMP.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and not to mention that i am very new at this stuff XP

So, on the official site it says that ffxi can be installed and run from an external drive, which I would like to do, but i can't get it to run from the drive. I've tried to just drag and drop it all and to install it right to the drive but i can't get it up and running. any tips? thanks

edit: oops sorry didn't read the full question. Installing right to the drive should work, but if it doesn't I'd suggest calling/emailing SE and see if they have anything to say about it.

where do u start the job support quest? (basically who to talk to and what city).
any more information that that is welcome but all i really want to know is those.....

p.s. also what lvl do u need to do support quest....?

You are talking about getting your sub job?

Well you can start them at Lv.18 in Selbina or Mhaura. I'm sure if you do a shout in the towns or Valkurm there is someone who can inform you of the two specific NPC's names. The lady in Mhaura is named Vera @ (G - 10) though.

For the Selbina Quest(Most common) you will need:
1x Ghoul Skull
1x Damselfly Worm
1x Crab Apron

For the Mhaura Quest(The one I did 4 years ago) you will need:
1x Cup of Dhalmel Saliva
1x Wild Rabbit Tail
1x Bloody Robe

anyway.... that would be just lvl 18 in any job right? if so....
im glad i finally found something about the sub job quest....every single site i ever looked at had nothing bout the quest itself......jsut talked about what good combo jobs were lol...


just for future reference what is the best way to get to Selbina from bastok? anyone know. or is that other city easier to get to?

Bastok -> South Gustberg -> North Gustberg (zone closest to Fumarolls) -> Konschtat Highlands -> Valkurm Dunes -> Selbina (can take ship there to Mhaura)

Each piece requires trading several items to Ghanraam at K-10 in Aht Urghan Whitegate. The Rare/EX items can be found within Salvage.

Harder to answer. Best economy varies depending on what you want to buy really. Good starter point would be Register to unlock hidden link.

To level up, just kill tihngs solo til lvl 13 or so, then make a party in korroko tunnel, or valkrum dunes (shudder)

As far as xbox360, it makes no difference when playing/leveling really...lol.
