SE cannot collect any information legally, since, as stated, it is not in the EULA (end user license agreement
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eula ) The program itself is undetectable for that reason, and since it behaves very much like a human, SE cannot detect it server side. The only thing you have to worry about is a tell from a GM, but you can get a tell alarm, or I think there is even a bot that uses an open source chat bot to respond to tells, but I'm not sure where I saw it.
On a side note: There has been some controversy about SE being able to read information on your computer. Process guard has shown that pol.exe is reading other processes (using readprocessmemory in the kernel32.dll), this however in itself means nothing at all. Any claims that SE is reading information on your computer (similar to what warden does) is purely speculation.
