If you're poor and are from bastok, legeionarre crap is rank 2 and sells very well to crafters. It costs 2k CP and on Lakshmi is selling for 40-60K per subligar which can be purchased even when bastok is in last place. So if you're strapped for cash you can easily buy these and sell. I sold 16 of them in 1 day for 45K/subligar, not a bad way to make some side money I suppose as most people don't have much use for CP anymore.
