doesnt turn right anymore : FFXI General Discussions

my bot has been acting up lately and doin some off the wall !@#$%^&* and i was wonderin if i should just clear my scripts and download it again

when im fishin in qufim and i catch a monster it turns and attacks but when i finish it immediatly tries to fish again and then when it finally starts turning it says it cant fish here and all this nonsense then it pauses

also it pauses after i break and line and it changes bait, it will change it and fish then pause for some reason

got any ideas let me know

This is my very first post here. I actually was going to wait until later today to do this but I was woken up by work and am waiting for them to call me back. Funny how that works. Anyway, I wanted to write to say I have the same exact problem. I was going to do the same thing as nautica2025 was going to do: clear out everything and do a re-install. Maybe before I do that I'll see if anyone here has seen this. In the logs I didn't notice anything I'd think would be too helpfull. I just said it paused after the fight/imediate fish/turn. The logs are on another computer. I can post them later if need be.

I'm running the latest version of XU and the Final Fantasy plug in as of two days ago (last install..it updates every time you run XU though, right?). I'm running XUFish version 3.6. I have an AMD 3200+ CPU, 1 GB RAM, GeForce 5950 Ultra, and my Windows XP Prof. is fully patched from Windows Update as of about a day ago at least. I don't remember what other information you guys need but if you need more I can post it.

It's clearly something on your end, look through what you've changed since it started acting wrong.
