The submissions section is where you post threads about something you feel is worthy of premium membership, points, or some kind of recognition.

IE. You wrote a guide or a program and you feel you could get premium membership for it. So you post it in the submissions section and the community will vote yay/nay on it. 3 Yays = Moved to Confirmed and you are granted points/premium, however, 3 Nays = the thread gets locked.
