Final Fantasy Private Server Emulator? : FFXI General Discussions

Hello, I've found on this site a description of a very cool server emulator for FFXI, even though I registered, not a single topic has info about it.

I'm not sure if this feature is only available for premium account owners, if that's the case please let me know.

There is something that bugs me, is this program (if exists) fully working? because I've found on the internet only one emulator (ProjectXI), and you can't even spawn mobs, or do quests.

So what's going on?

This is the link of the Emulator advertised here:

Been there. Read about it. Discussed it. Not worth it. It won't be available in full for YEARS. No offense or anything, but stick to normal FFXI.

ffxi's coding is entirely different from wow so it is much harder to make an emulator. the games mechanics are entirely different and many of what is needed to re-create a zone so it has mobs and npc's as it needs takes forever and to do it one zone at a time your looking at it not for a while. it has been made though slightly, they made one zone and spawned a npc but that was about it really.
