Hacked account ; ; : FFXI General Discussions

Hey people, my FFXI account got hacked .
Nobody had password or ID, and it somehow happened anyways.
Now, I called Square-Enix and I told them about what happened.
They asked me for the registration key, but I don't have it, I lost the manual long ago.
They say they can't help me if I don't have a R-Code.
Now I was wondering if anyone here knows how to hack accounts?
Right now I can't even cancel my credit card... That needs to be done manual.
Is there anyone who can get my account back otherwise? Is there a tool or anything for it?

lol you want to know how to hack accounts ?! and if there was a tool no one would have accounts you must have gaven the p/w to someone or this is bs the only way to get your p/w is to have a keylogger "which you wold have had to download looking for hacks" but anyway you shouldent need to type in your p/w with POL anyway, sry if you really did loose your account but this seems to far off

honestly the account is gone and there is nothing you can do about it. SE will not change their stance and ever give you a password to the new account even if you where to verify all information but one thing. there is no hack to steal passwords but there used to be one if it was saved on the computer. all passwords used to be stored non-protected so if you just used a certain program on a computer that had a password saved then it would give you it so you could log on. doesn't work anymore so don't even ask for it

im a tad iffy since he is a reg member with 1 post. Seems like maybe he is just trying to get a crack he thinks we have to steal accounts

if you did lose your password you can call playonline and give them your card number and you playonline id and they will reset your password they were going to do it for me but i forgot my card number it was over 2yrs ago so i just started anew
