First u need the requirmnts For GM job!
1 Speak japaneese and english and maby other languages! like greman and spanish:roll:

3 You must be kind to every one if u plan to becom a gm,. Make a good reputatiuon on the chat fourm on ffxi they can search ur name and read all u ever wrote ^_^

1 well this is simple u know lots of code c++ perl etc all that extra sh*t i know nothing about u can get a job if u have the right refrences liek microsoft or another big buisness that says ur good enough to wortk for em.

yes the r is an age requirment its 18 u mst be an adult by all countries the agem supports ie age 18 and ur all 14yo kids

Heres the actual requirements for a job with SE as a GM

You must live in SanDiego.

Thats it. They train you to do everything else. You do not need to know Japanese or any other languages. Every area that is supported by SE have their own GM pools from their own Areas.

Please do not beleive the crap that was spewed above. Its not true. I have inquired about becoming a GM for FFXI however I do not live in Southern California.

So if you would like to become one Heres my suggestion:

1. Do not claim you are a Elite Hacker. (They do not want people like that)
2. If your good at programing *Great* but it wont get you a job as a GM muchless a programer for FFXI. They DO NOT recuit outside their organization very often.
3. If your good with customer relations and live or want to relocate to SanDiego then you most likely have a chance.

So go to their website look up current jobs that are posted as open for resumes. And submit one. Easy as that.
