i cant go out into the sun, it turns me into stone.

i guess it really depends on your priorities. whats more important to you, playing a game that you'll dump in a few years, or trying to find a significant other that you may spend the rest of your life with?

but.... I already have a significant other.... so I guess PLAY ON!...
lol funny thing is that I never even play anymore, just log in to test my apps, but before I got married my wife and I had many fights over ffxi. I used to call it Relation ship Killer XI.

On a serious note, if you have a bf or gf and you would rather spend time playing FFXI, then that right there says something about your relationship. Probably time to find a new bf/gf or just fly solo for a bit so you can get to 75 lol.

then again ppl get needy in relationships all the time, and if he leaves ya over u wanting to have some fun on a game once then its no big deal. maybe there was something on his mind. ppl can hang out at the crib, or he could also do the thing guys hate doing -.- taking interest in our "significant other"s interests.

bottom line: make it work if you want it to work ^.^ you dont seem to bummed so ffxi > bf

I say forget all that. I got my gf all of the dvd pack and pl'd her until she was 20, then we started partying.. She was instantly addicted. We live together, and let's just say that she gets on more than I do nowadays.

Buy him the game, pay for his account for a month or two.. he'll be hooked.

my gf is a really serious bussiness woman. the moment we move in together ill just quit the game without hasitation. shes not the kind of girl to play games. and ill give all my spare time to her. shes studying her master degree aboard right now, we r like half way across the world from each other so im using this time to enjoy myself with online games.

but
true love of my life > ffxi.

that being said, theres still no guarantee we ll end up together u know. shes nice and attractive and we wont see each other for another 2 years or so. !@#$%^&* can happen who knows.
