Just an idea for making money : FFXI General Discussions

Tell me if this is a good idea for making money, its quite simple actually. Once you have some money in Bastok, like a 2k or something, you buy a pot and a couple crystals (i got the brass pot and a dark crystal), and some seeds (herb seeds in my case) and then just grow like crazy and continue to buy more pots and stuff. I know this is simple, but tell me if it will work in the long run. Because in the Titan server in Bastok (i dont know about other areas) i grew 4 amarllises, each selling for 300 gil. Would it be a good idea to continue like this for a while?

u can fail and it is time consuming... i dun think this is a good idea tho.. grow something more valuable.

look on the internet bud...find combinations for good items, much better than just throwing some seeds and a crystal in a random pot on a random day at a random time throughout the moon phase.
