kind of stuck now : FFXI General Discussions

i just got the game like a day ago and i really like it. i made and elvaan monk lvl 7 but now i cant find good xp and i come to understand i dont understand a lot. im not sure how the sub jobs work and how to make them avable .iv been broke sence iv been playing .i just need info on how to keep moving through the game and have fun.

Hmm.. at lvl 7, keep killing easy preys.. bad exp but u can kill them fast. Until u are lvl 9, seek party or form one. A party requires at least a whm or red and a tank ( war/ pld) for ur lvl. Go get signet casted and kill monsters for crystals. sell them and u are well to do for the moment. ( u get signet from the guy beside the entrance to out of town.)

what city is your residence? If in Bastok, i would suggest mining to build your gil, and kill the crabs and bees at Falamores.
