Macro Targetting Question : FFXI General Discussions

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to target a specific named mob. Sort of an alternative macro command to "/targetnpc" when notorious monster hunting.

I'd be happy to pay for a premium membership to know what it is, but for now I'm really just looking for a yes or no answer:)
