There is any hack for infinite MP or a refresh buff hack?

mp is basicly server side so to do this it would involve hacking the server which is a big no-no because they can call the fbi on you for doing that very easily

u can edit how its shown on ur screen. but the real value will be on the server so it wont help anything.

There is a guide somwhere on how to keep the number the same, but the mp is server-side and you will get in major trouble if you really do something that idiotic.
