Are there any Private servers up and running atm if so how can they be accessed thanks

there are no private servers out, they are many months to years from coming out.

outdated information which was auto-generated a very long time ago. private servers have been promised by pxi for years now yet nothing big has come out apart from 2 people being able to log on into a single zone with no npc's lately.

There's no way to play it offline(FFXI) like a privat server but on his own pc?

what good is the one on your own pc. has no npc's so its entirely useless. if creating npc's that worked exactly like the game ones existed then we would have had p.servers up long ago
