Things to know about crafting : FFXI General Discussions

Well Like most guys I dont like reading the Guides aon what not - But I have never seen it before not even in the game guide. If you dont know about this . this is a good things. Sorry if this is a repeate Post.

When you are leveling Guilds, Only one of them Can get to lv 100. (only one)

This is how it work.

All guilds can get to lv 60 - once at 60 you need to decides which one of them you want at 100. you have 40 guild lv between them once they are at 60.
I you have wood at 70 you can get any other to only 90
90- 60 and 70-10 to go back basic base of 60 you'll get a total of 40 levels. SO you can get all to 60. only 4 to 70 , 2 to 80 one to 90 while the other is at 70 or 1 to 100 while the other is at 60.

If you have leather to 70 and you have wood to 90. for every 1 lv you gain in wood. you will lose in leather. so once you get to 91 wood you will get dlv to 69 leather.

I hope this is a bit clear. I leaned it the hard way cause I wanted to make Vermillion cloat and still keep my leather craft to make My rdm JSE (Wise Gears). then someone explain it too me. That was a long time aga noww 82 leather 73 Cloth.

Does Leathercraft even come into play with the RDM Af.... WTF.. I could be Wrong but i thought AF was Achieved through Coffers not Leathercraft....

If your gonna make this At least do a Attempt at makeing a Real Guide instead of Common Sence and some Random False Fact.

if he's making AF armor for RDM.. i would like some... >.>; NOT... dude.. AF armor is only in coffers... get with the program man... if not... learn the skills of a true Crafter.... anywho... he is right on the 60 and 100 points thing.... i will admit that... you can go all the way to 100 with one craft and 60 with the rest... *side note..... you can get 2 up to 100.. but one has to be Fishing * or you can have serveral in the 70's range... but... i dont like math very much atm so i'm not gonna name all the ratios and the possiblities....
