What the hell? : FFXI General Discussions

This is weird as hell, I log into POL and everything is normal, and I go to the FFXI Page, and try to play the game, but it tells me I need to have a Content ID to play the game. I got all confused, and I went to the Content ID menu in POL and had a look around. Apparently my content ID's are all gone, completely wiped from POL. There's nothing about them being deleted, nothing about them being canceled, and nothing about them in the Review section... They just completely vanished, with no word at all... I tried Emailing POL, but you know that's not going to work and no response will be given... I need to know, does this mean I'm banned? Cuz its the only solution I can come to right now.... But I thought when you're banned, that your POL Account was banned, not just the removal of the Content ID's.... Can someone please help me out.... This is freakin' me out....
