You are going to want to sub warrior, almost every /rng i'v seen arent very good in parties, and this will only work until about lvl 30 or so, because your katana will become more powerfull than your bow. At level 50 and up samurais can tank(check out samurai AF), so you are going to want to have provoke.

Well there are a few options for sam..

SAM/WAR: Berserk, Provoke, Double Attack, ect. More or less a filler sub, can back up tank if necessary.
SAM/RNG: A great dmg dealer at higher levels,(50+) anything below that is pretty worthless imo. Not to mention that unless you spend a few hundred k on ranged accuracy items, sidewinder will miss 1/2 of the time or more.
SAM/THF: A must for HMN unless you wanna use a sword and just 300tp spirit taker your whole life. Great for dmg in SC's and for helping with hate management 60+

Anywho always do what you enjoy the most

lvl 60 sam/rng is one of the best dmg dealer... mediate then sidewinder deals around 600-1000 dmg to IT... what's more sam charges tp fast, hence side winder can come fast too...
