world pass!? : FFXI General Discussions

ok. i got a world pass and i tried to gt into garuda. it didnt let me. i tried midsgardsormr.still nothin. i tried about EVERY server and it didnt work. i spelled them right too, it just said "the world name you entered was unuseable"

The only server it worked for was Odin, and all the characters i make go there anyway, even without world pass?

did you use the pass in time? It expires in like 5 days or something. I got on in a world pass. Make sure you have caps, if caps etc....

yes, i use the pass on the same day i got it, so it was on time. caps doesnt seem to make a difference, tho, because i typed "odin" exactly that way without quote marks, and i still got in as that. t just wont work with anything else.

when you buy a worl pass it is a pass for the world that you brought it from only...the first time i bought one i tried to use it to get on the atomos (test server) then tried it on other worlds but it still didnt work. so when a friend of mine bought the game he was trying for hours to make and delete characters to try to get into my world so i remembered the pass and he got into it. so remember a world pass you buy is only good for the world it was brought from.

Yes, if your trying to get into Odin on a pass from Seraph, it wont happen, it has to be the same exact server, and it is case sensitive.
