All weapons delay lowered to about 100-200 : FFXI Submissions

Okay, this is a feeble attempt, and this has probably already been done here, but if not..

make a macro with the following:

/attack off
/wait 1
/attack <t>

Wait until about 1/4 second after you start to swing, and press this macro(Timing will depend on your computer/connection, but it's fairly easy to get it down after a few tries) Your character will sheath his weapons, then imediatly re-draw them, and attack again, just hit the macro again, to repeat over and over. With longer delay weapons, this can put out a ridiculousl amount of damage very fast, not to mention insanely quick TP gain.
